Cashflow Calendar Studio is a local-first planning app for cash timing, recurring income, recurring expenses, reserve-floor warnings, and scenario reports. The app can access information that you type into the app, including starting balances, income names, expense names, recurrence timing, amounts, notes, scenario settings, saved forecast data, and generated reports.

The app uses this information only inside your browser to calculate weekly cashflow forecasts, risk weeks, runway summaries, scenario comparisons, calendars, and downloadable reports. It does not ask for a bank login, does not connect to financial institutions, does not create an account, does not include ads, and does not use analytics or remote processing for your forecast content.

Saved forecasts are stored in your browser local storage on your device and Windows profile. You can delete saved data with the in-app delete action, replace it by saving a new forecast, or remove it by clearing browser site data for this app. Generated downloads remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Exports are created locally in your browser as Markdown, CSV, and JSON files. The app does not upload those files to PanGalactic. If you send an exported report to another person or service, that sharing is controlled by you and by the tool you use to send it.

PanGalactic does not receive your typed financial plan from this static app and does not sell, rent, or disclose your forecast data to third parties. If you email support or feedback, your email app sends only the message, address, attachments, and diagnostic details you choose to include.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the app static and local. No server-side user account, cloud database, payment account, or bank-data storage is used for your forecast content. Do not enter information you are not permitted to store on the device you are using.
